Community Guidelines

Honest does not have to mean harmful.

Safe Space holds room for difficult workplace stories without turning people into targets.

How we participate

Protect the person. Discuss the experience.

These standards apply whether you are sharing a confession, answering a prompt or responding to a story.

Return to Community Pulse

Tell the story without exposing the people

Leave out real names, company names, locations, job titles and any detail that could identify a person or workplace.

Respond to the experience

Offer perspective, ask a useful question or share what helped you. Do not diagnose, threaten, shame or organise harassment.

Leave certainty at the door

An anonymous story is one person’s account. We can discuss what the experience reveals without pretending we know every side.

Keep it guided

Community responses are reviewed and moderated. Open, unmoderated comments are not part of the Safe Space experience.

Know what this is not

Safe Space is not HR, therapy, legal counsel or crisis support. If you are in immediate danger or need professional help, contact an appropriate local service.
