I have spent over 20 years helping organisations tell their stories. Safe Space is where people get to tell theirs.

Why this conversation matters

There is the work we discuss in meetings. Then there is the work that follows us home.

My career has taken me through telecommunications, technology, energy, retail and Caribbean luxury. I have led brands, managed change and worked inside the pressures that come with ambition, leadership and being expected to keep performing.

Along the way, I saw how often people leave work carrying conversations they never finished, decisions they still question and experiences they do not feel safe enough to name. Safe Space was created to give those stories somewhere honest to live.

The approach

Perspective without pretending to have all the answers.

My role is not to hand down a verdict. It is to ask the questions people avoid, challenge easy assumptions and make room for accountability without turning someone’s difficult experience into entertainment.

“This is not about deciding who is right. It is about release, accountability and a more honest conversation.”

Caribbean perspective

Workplace realities discussed with cultural context, not borrowed talking points.

Honest challenge

Care for the person telling the story without assuming every choice was right.

Protected storytelling

No names, no company mentions and no public pile-on.
